I have already fore closed my loan account. However, still my account shows as active on the application. I have been following up with the customer care team for past 20 days. Didn't get proper response. Do let me the nodal officer email address or contact number. Hope I would get a response now. if you want I can share my loan account details with you.

    Received loan and have missed emi. Could not pay due to medical reason for which I have a very strong proof.
    Received call from your recovery agent and he asked me to pay which I agreed but asked some time to pay due to arrangements but he was forcing me to pay now. His manager came and started arguing stating who is my manager and give the details which I ignored and told him to come to the point wherein I WANT TO PAY and need some time but he was so stubborn that he wanted my managers name and her contacts. Later he raised his voice and said we north Indians come here and do such things and started abusing me.
    Now my question is why the hell he is blaming me for being a North Indian and he says he is a lacalite here. So Paysense should declare on their portal that they would not give loans to North Indians.i have the recording of it. Please ask me I will forward on your what's app number.
    Secondly these people have called my relatives and friends. That's fine since even they know I was going through hardship.
    Now these people called my children and their classmates and harassing them stating they would be in trouble since I have given their reference. Who gave the rights to call children who are below 18 years of age and some of them were crying since they are kids.How the hell did they get my childrens and their classmates numbers? Their exams are going on and now instead of studying they are frightened.
    I was ready to pay but now you see your agents abusing me for being a North Indian and calling my children and their classmates and threatening them.
    I have all the recordings. Does Paysense has any answer for this?

    Same issue with me and my concern was how they get my relatives and friends contacts then I found the that is installed needs contact permission and without that your loan is not processed and you will notice this only when you face such problems in your life. Whatever paysense may have promised you on your experience with their recovery department I am sure paysense will not take any action against them as just think over their app need contact access permission then in any conditions if recovery people comes in picture they start calling your relatives and friends who are their in your contact list but you will never think of giving reference to any financial institution. There should be some legal action against such process of calling relatives. Also if we go for legal they will come up with agreement that will show that we agreed with such process.

    And one more thing in their reply did paysense mentioned any word on how they are getting contact list and calling them.
    Second when I picked one call received on my friends mobile I asked them from which bank or financial institute they are calling they replied 'we don't know bank but we get your details and now that we have talked to you we will inform the bank'.

    NEW WAY OF RECOVERY!…🙏
    Waste service. People are irresponsible.
    I am trying to close my loan since 45 days. No phone number, not responding to email.
    Don't allow companies like these in the market.

    Unproffesional peopals like gunda,
    I have missed emi on 3rd of Dec and after 10th of Dec, 3-4 person calling by differents numbers & abusing and warned to me and my family that jaan se maar dege and using a lot of vulgur words.
    Today he was call to a ladies and used vulgur words.

    I was requested him that please wait for next salary date i will pay both emi along with charges but those gunde dont want to listen to me.

    If we pay all delay charges then who gave rights to you to call to my relative and others.

    Please stop all these things otherwise i will not pay any amount and will meet in court with proof of your harrasment.

      Have already emailed the same to your email address on the next day.. your agent made racist comments and said that I am a north Indian and we do such things in Maharashtra. Now my question is are you a lender or a racist lender?

      I was ready to pay but your agents behavior made me so angry that I am in a dilemma whether I file a case against you or go to social platform and make those recordings public.
      Threatening my children and their friends who are below 18?

      What is this? Is that how to make your collection agents behave? Or are you planning on apologising again?

      How would you feel when someone makes racist comments against you and calls your under age children and their under age friends to threaten them?

      I would request you NOT to give copy paste answers since if you look at your customer complaints you people have given this same answer. which means your people(recovery goons) are doing such illegal activities by calling contacts and threatening them.
      You people have made me so famous that even my far far relatives know that I have not paid PAYSENSE and your GUNDAAS have used abusive languages .
      Can you please explain me what action have you taken against them?? Definitely not since you reply the same to all your customers who have missed payments. Go to the portal and play store and check and same answer by you everywhere.
      Now you have already damaged my credibility, reputation including my children.
      Now it will be a fight between your GUNDAAS and the LAW which am following. I am reachable only between 3pm to 6pm. Let me know when will your goons KILL me so that I can eat my favourite food since even the court asks for last wish before hanging anyone.

      If these people are calling your friends or relatives and harassing them, then there is absolutely no need for you to get stressed.

      You guys just have to do one thing.You go directly to the police station and get a report against them and there is nothing to fear in this, nor is it a matter of feeling ashamed.This is your fight.You have to fight.

      These people have saved the contacts from the contact list without knowing you. Those who are using apps do not even know that their personal information is also with them.

      Many people must have had bad days because of this epidemic.You people are not thieves, but you are helpless.

      If they are calling you constantly, then there is nothing, they can do it, but if they calls someone else then you go straight to the police station and register an FIR.

      You people can also take help of cyber expert police.Share that number with the police, which was used to called to your relatives.You immediately inform the police that calls were coming from this number.

      You tell your relatives and friends in advance. If you get such a calls, then inform you immediately.

      Cases of apps baded loan provider using these tricks and continues arising day by day. They might hired some more people as mostly unable to pay emi on time due pandemic.

        Hi,

        Would like to share the incident what the company does.

        They provide loan and do not have any contact number where the issue can be resolved. They only use an email id to resolve the issue but takes to long time. I use to pay all the loan amount through next before due date and send them the screenshot on there email id still they call everyday and send me WhatsApp & message me with the below "LEGAL Notice Mum/PS/Bor/01/2585/1 - Case under section 138c of Negotiable Instruments Act (Non-Bailable Arrest Warrants) filed against you for dishonor of ECS(s). Your Passport (If any) will be impounded along with reporting of AADHAAR to BUREAU."

        And it's not a day they do it regularly.

        Please take action towards them as sending legal notice even the payment done on time.

          This is my wife second loan account with paysense. The previous one was paid absolutely on time. Due to her hospitalisation she missed her last month emi. However, even after informing the same to the agent i have repeatedly received calls. One of your agent has accessed the phone book and happen to call her aunt and threaten her who is a 65 years old lady. Just want to know do you guys even realize that you over rule the regulations of supreme court guidelines on recovery of loans. Till last i had a great experience with u but alas very sad with this unproffesionalism. Just to let you know i am in touch with your executive inspire of that i my relatives are receiving 15 calls a day. I seek a clarification on this.

            This is pertaining to my wife's account loan a/c. Just to elaborate she had taken a loan from paysense a year back and was paid on time. This is the second loan where in due to her medical condition and hospitalisation she couldn't pay the end on time and it's merely 15 days. Within this time frame we are receiving some 15 calls a day threatening us and my relatives. This is so horrible that inspite of being in touch with your executive we keep on receiving calls. If this is how you deal with your customer then it's a horrific scenario.

            Well, instead of talking and trying and resolving the issue your problem remains the same. I am in touch with your agent Mr. Dharmendra who has been very cordial in dealing with the situation. there are few other agents trying to contact me and harass me on a Sunday. As per the telemarketing law you are not suppose to connect me. If I have to go with the regulations then since the customer is hospitalised I am not liable for the payments. This is my last letter and would require a clarification on this. Else I would be compelled to knock the legal doors.

              I tool a loan from Paysense, this month I was late to pay.
              For that they called my all contacts. Using very cheap words.
              What kind a company this is, they don't know customer value.
              Your collection department is worst. They don't know how to talk to the customer. Did guys really traine your employees like this.
              I wrote regarding this to the Paysense developers also. No reply from there side.
              If you didn't take any action on this.
              Really Im in deep depression, I don't know what to do. All my family members, friends, colleagues and client. Looking me very cheap.
              If anything happened to the reason is Paysense.
              Pls take a action against them.
              This is not only my problem. Who took loan from Paysense, all there problems.

                My registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com and registered phone no is [protected]. I am facing this issue that they are calling my contacts and harrsing me, and there were few contacts whom i dont even haven direct contacts. Not sure how she has the access to it. If you guys take an illegal route to collect the outstanding, not sure how the company will sustain. Anyhow, if this person does not stop calling like this, i will be writing to the banking ombudsman about this. I have substantial evidence now. A lady veena [protected] started calling and abusing them. She uses a very filthy language.
                Please let me know if it can be resolved before i go to the ombudsman.

                How in the world will i pay PaySENSeE for this non sense.

                  I am an existing customer of Paysense. The worst thing is, people are not cooperative, they always misbehaves with customer. I mistakenly paid my EMI twice of a single month and requested to refund, they said within 7-8 days I will get my money back but no response. I had a word with Mr Mahesh, he is the most JAAHIL (GAWAR) person I could have meet. Monika, Mahesh, Pooja & Sapna they are the executive whom I have spoken with, they all have misbehave with me. Also they stopped answering my call and didn't reply me on whatsapp too.

                  This is for all the Paysense users, do not pay their EMI's, they don't deserve a better customary. @consumercomplaints please look into this matter and file a complaint against this fraud company.

                    I had taken a loan from paysense and due to my sudden jobless situation, i could not pay for approx 5 months.
                    This guy from. Paysense legal team [protected] started calling the contacts from my phone. They have stolen my phone contacts with the help of their application, called my mom and started abusing her, started calling her a helpless oldie and yelling telling that she will die if i dont pay.
                    This is a sheer threat and i have also complained this to the police station.
                    Guys please be aware before you take a loan from such company.

                        I have submitted my document to paysence executive in january 2019.
                        Loan will approved but i have not got my loan amount. Plz process my loan application if not possible it so return my all documents. I will attach screenshot in complaint portal plz find it and process my loan.

                          This to here to bring to your notice that, an online application paysense (Loan application) has given me loan, regularly i use to pay all my emi on time but this month, i haven't paid due to my job shifting and salary not disbursed, i requested them for some time, but they hacked my phone and steal all personal contacts from my phone and they called each and every family member and they tortured them with out any un relative aspect and they are not responsible for any payment, they call'd brother, sisters uncles, aunty and almost more than 50 members in family, this made me shame and loss of prestigious self respect and lots of human humiliation with their unprofessional language and information,
                          Really felt to commit suicide as lost my nature in front of all family members, *my wife is in hospital shes in maternity situation, they called and tortured each and every one of my family, this is so criminal activity done as stealed and hacked all my phone. Requesting you to please help me.

                            Please be informed that i have taken personal loan and failed to submit 5th emi of this month and collection team is asking for same in very rude and false way. Contacted to my relatives and business customer for repayment the installation. This kind of her act leads to defamation in market. I have not answered the reminder call as i have already informed to pay after 23rd of this month & in result they initiated calling to random person from my contact list and asking for repayment.

                            there is no updates from paysense till now .. paysense company employee never responses to customer.. all document has been taken by company but there is no loan amount disbursed till now.. It's been 8 days.

                              Hi i have applied for personal LOAN in Paysenses app and they approved my LOAN application on dated 19 th Feb 2019 and they said the LOAN amount will be disbursed within 24 to 48 hours
                              today is 25th but not yet am not rcd the LOAN amount
                              this paysense peoples saying we are already sent the application to Banking partner
                              that ### banking partner not yet dispurse the LOAN on the basis of Paysesne
                              given time am waiting for the same till am not rcd the amout.

                              if the useless company not to disburse the amount ineed compansation for my documents collections and utilisation by misleading me to relating my LOAN

                              am ready to lodge a complaint against this ### company for waste of my time and loss of my other bank LOAN taken

                              I have applied for personal loan in paysense through app they got my documents and signed on 4 th march 2019 but they told money will be disbursed to my bank account within 48 hrs but it is 12 th march till now the money has not disbursed what kind of forgery is it please dont cheat people

                                They have a legal option to consider for my non payment issues. But this is the sheer harassment route they take and try to recover the money. Is there anyway to address this problem?

                                  The usual drama of calling my contacts has started again. This time its from this no - [protected].
                                  When will this harassment stop from u guys? I think I need to go to the police now and lodge a formal Fir against paysense.
                                  Local goons call the contact and use such an abusive language. They don't even have a courtesy to speak properly with a lady. Such is the harrasment level.

                                  Bu the way this person has started calling my contacts again. Not sure how he has the access to it. If you guys take an illegal route to collect the outstanding, not sure how the company will sustain. Anyhow, if this person does not stop calling like this, I will be writing to the banking ombudsman about this. I have substantial evidence now from 7 people who can testify that they have got call from this no and he uses a very filthy language.
                                  Please let me know if it can be resolved before I go to the ombudsman.
                                  I have paid late payment charges 4 times but still showing as not paid.

                                    I am yangwok senliak i have taken a loan from paysense in the agreement there was mention that monthly emi is 6728 rs but this month of 5 february i have paid the amount as par agreement but they are saying that i have not paid my emi but i have a proof that i have already paid my emi it's deducted from my account and i got massage also
                                    And the bank statement also but now they are not picking up my phone and they are charge me late payment fees of rs 590 for one day this is too much i request you to take action against paysense

                                      Can any loan app access their phone contacts and media stored on the phone. They are calling the contacts in my phone for emi default. I had installed the app and gave permission to access my phone. Does access mean they will be able to view the number or can call them? And also i have uninstalled the app now, does that mean they don't have the permission now? I have told them i am unable to pay my emi due to unemployment, however they stil keep harassing me and contact my previous company colleagues.. They are mentally harassing me and defaming me.. I m thinking of filing a defamation lawsuit against them. Please help. The people calling doesn't have courtesy and have zero communication skills and speak bad words.

                                        I applied for a loan with paysense with their super high interest rate, only cz they claim one would receive the money in 24 hours. I knew it wasn't going to happen so thought minimum 72 hours they would take and disburse. From 8th feb2019 they are saying 24 hours i will get money, still hasn't come and they have no one to assist. Extremely upset with their customer service.
