Hi my name is pravin singh contact no is [protected] i have taken personal loan form pay sense total loan approved 88000 and emi 18 monthly amount 5767, i have paid 9th emi now i want to closed my full & final amount but no response for pay sense customer service i have called [protected] his executive & many other number but no response.

लेकिन कंपनी का मुझ पर प्रेशर बढ़ने लगा ये सब देखते हुए मेने कंपनी वालो से विनती कर एक लम सैम अमाउंट देने की बात की तो कंपनी वालो ने 50, 000 Rs. के साथ मेरा लोन अकाउंट बंद करके सेटलमेंट लेटर देने की बात की थी

लेकिन अभी तक ना तो मुझे कोई लेटर दिया न ही मेरा अकाउंट बंद किया

This complaint is against paysense they are misusing the permission that is allowed by the consumers to access the contacts in cellphones they call anyone and abuse they on mother sister and daughters. If this is really a platform that can help me please suggest some actions i have got people whom i havent spoke for year calling me and saying that they got abused my emis were delayed but i haven't heard of this application... Priyanka a csr of their fake company is very abusive. She uses deregratory words.. She abused me as well as my mother.. They are asking me money for no reason i haven't even heard of this app before... I am gonna file a complaint against them.. I even asked them to send me the proof to my email address but they refused... I dont know how they got my address proff and my bank details but this is too much of fraud... Some one please look into this matter

I had applied a loan on 12 January and i was convinced that loan will be disbursed with in 5 to 6 hours... Till now i have not recieved any loan amount to my account nor any communications from them...

We apply a instant loan for a reason... these people are not even bothered to atleast to communicate with there customers...

Pls resolve this issue very soon...

This what paysense has been doing breaching customer security they take permission of contacts thru the android app and then ask their coll3ctions executive to call them and abuse them irrespective of who ever it is family non family members friends or collegues or even for that matter even the ngo number stored on my phone they have called up and abused them for money. This is such a breach in customer security. Is there some one who can take actions on this. As this is harassment.

I am a existing customer of paysense after completion of first loan i got top up loan offer i have applied loan on 31dec18 now its 23 days i have not received loan amount i send several mails to paysense team they said its a technical issue every time they change my loan disbursal status and today also they have given me fresh application on their digital APP and once again its say approved and loan will get disburse within 5hour.i personally went 3rdjan19 to paysense office and spoke to Representative richa dhamani after applying on 31dec18 it was an urgency i have to pay to doc on 3rd jan19 they said it will be credited soon and still 3rd time my status get change and they are not responding they are liable to disburse the amount on 5working hour.
i dont know what is hampering the process loan got approved and says the amount will credit in 5 working hour every time they give excuses.
i need my loan money any how and i will legally challenge them in court because its too much i go through too much drama from paysense team i am extremely exhausted by the service they wasted my time.

Very important note:
When the user installs paysense loan application on android devices, it will ask you to enable permissions, unless you don’t enable the permission the app will not work and this how they breach customers security as they retrive all the contacts of the customer on to their server and then use against them.

Paysense collection agents will call every person in your contact just in case you failed to make the payment and reveal that you had taken a loan and literally destroy the image of the customer who has opted for a loan service from paysense. Paysense has no rights to perform these acts at any given point hence forth i will be personally filing a case against paysense for breaching customers personal information under data protection act 1998. I have recorded conversations from paysense recovery agents and messages to prove this part. Paysense loan service will soon hear from me very soon.

My name is girish i have got a new phone number from jio 8 months ago, i have been receiving calls from paysense for some person who's name is akkal shahi whom i don't know they call several times everyday they also send text messages they call from many different phone numbers, i have sent several emails at gopaysense but the reply is send us email from the registered email address how can i be registered with them if i never had an account with them spoke to many people from collection from paysense but its of no use this seems to be a fraudulent company, people are senselessly calling any one without any reason wanted suggestion can i file a police complaint against them or should i go to the consumer court and file a lawsuit cause these people have crossed all the limits an i am dame serious abut this now please help!

I applied for Loan on 2nd Jan 2019 and document was collected physically on 3rd Jan 2019 but the status was not updated till 10th Jan.
After too many follow ups my loan application was approved on 11th Jan 2019
On 15th Jan 2019 I received that amount has been disbursed but not yet credited in my account, so as asked I shared the bank statement yesterday only but till now no reply.

I applied for the loan because o[censored]rgent necessity but now I keep on waiting and they are not replying, always they says to wait for 24-48 working hours but now it's 5 days since my application approved. The app showing its approved but don't why its delayed, they are just saying some technical issue is there.

My loan was approved on 9th jan and today is 14th jan i opted for their loan because o[censored]rgent necessity for my pet but now i keep on waiting whilst they don't reply to me, they said they need 24 working hours but now it's 5 days. There's no update the app keep showing its approved but it's not apparently, i hope they look into it asap, as the money i needed was urgent but it's taking way too long.

I had applied for my second loan from paysense. It said 5 hours on 8 january 2019 and now it's already today the 9th january. Why is there a delay and why is there no follow ups from the paysense team

I Applied for loan on 25 th of December and on 26 th December the person Collected the signed Nach Mandate from Me
After That i was Told that i would Get money In 24 working hrs

Almost 6 Days And No One Gives Proper Reply and Loan Has not been Disbursed Yet

Pathetic services by paysense, collection team does not understand customer problems, there complete team is abusive nad using vulgar language,
Apart from this they have accesses by complete device information and called all the phone numbers,
Which is illegal and its my number call me i will once i could arrange money or get job.
There employees like nikhil rani says you can suicide also but first pay money now
In this case first we need to talk customer or escalate to a team who can handle sensitive issues

I am waiting for positive response from paysense, then i will pay my 30000 loan amount

On 13th dec i apply for loan

On 15 dec ur executive came i signed ur ecs form n given to him. After singning the document he told me that within 3 working days amount will be credited to my account. I give all needed document.

After that on app it is showing loan application is approved and your money will disbursed in 24 hour.

Today is 24th december, money not disbursed yet.
Paysensse don't have customer care number. On their email i'd every time only one reply wait for 24-48 hr for update.

With regards to my loan ac no. Sl1028863 the payment got delayed for this month and i have conveyed the same to the agents stating that the emi will we paid in next month. However the collection agents are calling me continuously and to people close to me and abusing them using vulgar and filthy language. To an extent that we are planning a police and judicial complaint against you and your employee neha mob no.[protected],[protected]. This is illegal to call my family & friends who have nothing to do with this loan. Please look into it. A humble request.
