I got approved for an amount of 100000 on saturday (25/08/2018). They said that the money will be credited to the bank account shortly. When i didn"t get the money i sent them an email. They said that because it was weekend its going to take 24-48 hrs. But 3 days already passed. I sent them so many emails but no response... They are fooling people & playing with their emotions...

I have applied for a loan of 5 lakh, they approaved the loan, took all my documents online . its been 4 days, no call from their side . its was written in the app that money will be disbursed shortly .
they have no contact number . i have mailed them many times they just say that it will be disbursed shortly, but its been 4 days now . they are just wasting my time or else i could have applied somewere else.

I have downloaded the app and submit all my documents that is required in online after that i got pre approval loan amount but after that know call from any one since last one month on 3rd august i send call back request after 2 hard i received call from concern department and she told me that she is forwarding my request to concern department and you will receive call from document collect department within 2 haras but know it's 5 days know one has call me for the same after that every day i'm placing call back request know one is bothering to call and check and the best part is there is known phone no for any department where we can contact to check what need to be do.
This is my last request to paysense company if possible plz help me to closed this complaint or else gives me final answer that i'm gonna get my loan or not.

This would be the worst company i have ever worked with. No professionalism at all and they way they talk is like rowdy. I have been paying my emi on time since 6 months and due to some unforeseen reason had to miss a month of emi. I have been in touch with these people on a regular basis when ever i get any call i lift it and that would turn to be a ivr. And yesterday i got a message that it would be a "willful default" which is not as i informed that payment would be done in 3 days and would send a screenshot of the same. I contacted on the number which was provided in the message and sent messages of the situation and they started asking me for proofs. Before i even get to ask what kind of proofs they would need i get a call from a agent ajit singh (Not sure about the name) and he started to talk in a very high tone and as if he does not care about any this. I kept on asking him to talk in a professional way but he got me irritated and when i started to talk about the rules and asked about his designation he gave the phone to some one who claimed to be an advocate. (Which i doubt he is) i explained him whats going on and the way the agents are talking to me and there was a lot of noise in the background. No this guy does the same and started to abuse me and my day in a smart way and over that went too personal and said "tere awkhat nai hain" and disconnected the call. I call back and the person said "do not call me ever again i would do what needs to be done" i called him again and asked him the procedure of closing the loan completely. He again said "awkhat dekh apni rs.5/- nai hain tere account mai app pe jaa aur pay kar pehale hat phone rakh ab" i got pissed and lost my cool with the both of them. When i go to the app there is no way to pre close the loan. And now they send multiple emails that there was no response from me since 26 days which is wrong. And it is being reported as a willful default which is again wrong as i was well in contact with them. And it was just a 1 month emi and i informed them i would take the penalties and every fee that i need to pay for the delay. And now they are literally threatening they have call recording (And they said they were not in contact for 26days) i have replied to there emails (But they claimed they did not receive any response). I get a message which says. I would never get any loan from any bank in the future as they reported me as willful defaulter. This is the worst experience i have ever had.

Hi this is venkat, i am applied for a loan of rs.100000 (One lakh only) through paysense app. My application got approved on[protected]. They said within a working day after approval money will get credited into given bank account. But still the amount is not yet credited and there is no response from the executives. There no contact num to call them directly.
As i am eagarly waitimg waiting for the amount please do it needfully

Paysense is a real time fraud company. They make fool around us and gave fake promises.
As discussed over the email they promised me that they will waive off rs 590 however now over the phone executive say that they cant do and disconnect the call.

They do not have any basis ethic over the call. Hope people will not take any loan from them. @rbi please make not of it.

Do see my email copy proof and work accordingly.

I am your customer provided all the required documents you demanded. What an assurance i got from one lady about disbursement. But after reviewing the documents i saw denial from your company. Why do you take e-sign on nach and e-signature on agreement without reviewing documents? Why do you take e-signature on nach before approving our loan? Is it right sir/madam?

I was applied for loan in this site. They got all my information and sign in natch. 2 days later there was a message from them that "the loan is approved the money will be credited in 30 mins, before that sign in the agreement copy through online". I signed in the agreement copy. But in the next 3 hours i got the message that the loan in is not approved. I was shocked and disappointed very much. If the loan is not approved then why should they get sign in my agreement copy? If i face any trouble in future i will have to file complaint in this issue. And i request all to don't trust this site. You will lose your privacy and your personal information, account information everything.

I am having a very very bad and worse situation with these paysense hyd people... They keep on calling my mobile and if ignored they.. Pull up your call records and call u r friends and relatives saying that you are not answering calls.. Why on earth are we using emails... They charge u with all penalties with out no reason and ask u to payback the amount forcefully.

When i spoke to the manager in hyd office he himself agreed that pulling our personal call list is illegal and promised me that they would not repeat it again... But they make false promises... And keep on pulling our call records wantedly for their promotion sake too...

I wanna launch a cheating case and privacy violation case against these people. Pls some one help me with these problem..

#paysense if fraud... Pls dnt go for these fraud and cheating people who take advantage of common peoples economic situations...

But herein 3-4 days has gone already and even no one least bother to update anything upon my concern neither anyone called nor loan amount credited.

So i request you to please look into this matter on high priority and consider on urgent basis.

Never trust in this Company
they are fraud. I personally used and experience the worst thing ever.
First they will ask you to give your all documents and Bank details
then they credit Re. 1 in your account.
Then they will mail or message you, DUE TO INTERNAL CRITERIA YOUR LOAN HAS BEEN REJECTED.
They misuse with our document for further loan system.

Its about extra charges which was charged by paysense they charged me twice towards my emi and then they adjusted the emi for the next month but they also applied for natch due to which i was charged for natch failure charges and when i asked them they said ill get a refund in a week now its been a month i did not get my refund and ill not even pay the emi till i get my total 900 rs of amount refunded! It would be helpful if i get a help from ur side. Regards dawood khan!

Your company sucks.. I made the payment every month on time.. There were two girls from domestic call center in mumbai who used to call me every day in and day out.. Calling more than 30 to 50times back to back and calling in the night around 10 clock asking for payment.. Even they called my friends, friends mother and discussed about my loan and in fact they told i have taken 2 lakhs from them which i didn't take that much.. Calling my parents back to back.. They abused my father calling him idiot, aapka baap karega payment which was used on my dad.. When i took phone from my dad to talk to her, she said idiot, and there were three one guy and two girls laughing at my dad when they scolded him and they were laughing at me by scolding me.. When i gave a complaint and send a email to paysense, one guy called by the name mukesh, he said sorry and please give your dads number so that i will ask him sorry.. Later he said he will take serious action regarding this but he didn't turn up.. Again i started getting calls, when i called him to inform, he said there were no calls made when i sent him recordings to his email and he didn't even investigate.. Started speaking rude to me later that m trying to fake around when i sent him proof with recordings.. I really don't know whom to contact to give a complaint on this.. I tried to send post on facebook on there page, we cant even post.. I will file law suit case against your company and i will sue your company..

Hi, paysense us a good app however when it comes down to customer service the agents are # all, pathethic, they treat customers as company slaves, i want to take this complain to the highest point, agent ankita calling me for the over due payment, i know as a customer if i dnt pay my credit file will be affected, this girl is so cheap, i guess paysense hiris all third class people, she is the most disgraceful girl i dnt know how this company is tolerating her, secondly my easily i'd is all spammed i have received 16 emails from paysense, who are all these people sending me email what the hell, i will report this to absuvie a customers data,

I took a loan of 1 lakh from paysense. Due to some reason i did not pay one month emi, first thing they are asking double of the emi. Which was not mentioned anywhere and second thing they called on my father's mobile and used an abusive language with him. After that one mr. Rahul was there who abused me as well and he said "paise to ab mai tere baap se lunga." that sentence was a disaster for me. These people are criminals and they are thinking themselves as seth ji. They have already troubled many consumers and still they are continuing to do the same. Call me on [protected], in order to get more details.

I have applied for a loan 20000 from mobile app of paysense, and got a mail on 21st of november that amount has been disbursed in my account. But as check amount was not credited to my account so contacted support team but no response from 3 days after that one agent replied me sending the e stament so i have send it.. But no response again..in my app loan is updated but amount is still not provided horrible service from pay sense today 27 november still have not heard from them.

Hi I Applied a loan with paysense in may 2017 and after a loan follow up I got the same, from last 5to 6 months i was paying my emi on time but due to some family problem I was not able to make nov emi o time, just to skip one emi by 9 days late they called my family people including my wife, her sister and my father. And threatened every one. First thing I never share any of my family members contact with them. Second thing they took my personal Information which is crime.

And i drop lot emails your customer support. But no body respond.

I am arun kumar ([protected]), i have taken loan of rs 24000 & my 1st emi was deduced on 3rd nov 2017 & in mobile app showing it will be updated within 5 working days, but it's still not updated in the app, now its showing penalty against no payment done on time.
I have already raise complaint about that issue, but still not get any response.
