Payswiff — my transaction failed but they are not returned my amount 40 days above

Payswiff app totally frauds.money is looting.I have each and every proof.I transacted my own amount 100rs to check its working well or not.Transaction id is [protected].Order id is[protected].Here showing failed but my amount is debited to Axis bank.My UTR number is [protected]. Axis Bank[protected] and Transaction ID is P1905111353525730264258.One thing is wonder me here transaction totally missing.Thank god i have screenshot which i recalls after 30days.I don't know which dog creats payswiff.u not valued customers loafer.Where is my transaction.kutte.Beggar.Thank god i have not transact huge amount.Struggled on calling idiotic service.no one have proper answer.worst people's.
