I made transaction of 5 lac on 17th july 2020 & merchant have charged me 1.99% for tdr instead of 1.45%. As its hdfc money back credit card & as per the hdfc bank, this card bin number belongs to normal credit card. Still the merchant have charged 1.99% instead of 1.45%.
