As it was mentioned in my order 5 packs of vip frenchie "elite" rn 85cms, i have received "4 packs" out of 5 accordingly. And another 1 pack is "vip frenchie 85cms" (Not the "elite") which i had ordered. The latter pack (Vip frenchie) is of larger size comparably, and inferior quality. I was out of town thus came to know about it later. It was my first order through paytym and i had to be disappointed.
Further on seeking to 'paytm customer care', they replied by referring "no return policy" of the product, that they can't do anything to solve my problem.
It's clear cheating done on customer by making them pay for the incomplete, wrong product and then escaping by giving reference of policy.
Paytms helpline nos are another example of such cheat behavior...
There toll free no.[protected] can't be reached. Other customers care nos.
[protected], [protected] are just about queries where there is no option to talk, reach the representative of paytm.
Feeling cheated! And annoyed by escaping behavior of paytm
