Paytm — Airline ticket refund from paytm.com

I had booked a Vistara Airline ticket from paytm today ( 30/7/2016) and minutes later applied for a cancellation of the same ticket due to change of plans. It's clearly mentioned as REFUNDABLE on the invoice. Paytm called me for cancellation confirmation and told me the refundable amount is only Rs. 250 whereas the actual payment I made was Rs. 6514.When I spoke to Vistara, they said the ticket was non- refundable.

Now, Paytm called me several times asking for the same details over and over again. Paytm told me that Vistara Airlines is just willing to payback Rs. 250 approx. as refund amount and paytm also stated that it is the policy of VISTARA AIRLINES. I spoke to vistara, they said the deduction amount for a refundable ticket can be from Rs.[protected] and not more than that.

So, Now paytm is directly at fault and they are not willing to return the proper refund amount.
I have attached the photocopy of the invoice from paytm, where the ticket is clearly mentioned as REFUNDABLE.
