Paytm Bhim Upi — amount not credited to receivers account

On 8th march 2019 i send 2500 to my sbi account from paytm bheem upi amount was deducted but still not credited to receivers account after 5days.i contact paytm they replying that we have send this amount successfully to receivers account now we cannot do any thing.when i contact sbi customer care they replied we have not received this amount so contact paytm for further information.now what to do where is my money.
