Hi this is vijay kumar i paid my electricity bill on 14-oct-2014 amount of 345 rupees through your paytm website but still i didn't effect on my bill payment, already i complaint 5 times but you didn't respond please refund my amount to my paytm wallet. My paytm a/c is [protected].
