Paytm — Cashback not credited even though promo code applied

I had booked a ticket from hyderabad to delhi. Paytm had offered cashback of 750 rupees for that booking by applying promo code flyday. I did the same thing and i booked it. After booking initially it had shown the cashback. But after sometime it shows zero balance and also shocked to found there is no such order in my orders of the paytm. The same informed to paytm customer care. They said that please raise a concern to their team. I did the same thing. Customer care said that try in different web browsers and update the app to latest. I did the same thing. Since it has been a week still they are unable to provide the cashback. They are simply delaying this issue.

Updated by bharat rayadurgam Still they did not provide solution. Its almost three weeks struggling for my cashback.Simply ignoring customer's problem. Even though several mails discussion Paytm has failed to provide solution.Very bad service from Paytm.Dont know what Paytm wants. I have given entire details that Paytm asked. but still they are simply counting days and postponing it.Simply testing customers patience.
