Paytm Complaint — frauding

Someone else is using my email id. I can login through my mobile and if i want to add my email id. The account says email id used by some other account. I have wrote may mails about the same but no reply as come yet from paytm. They also don't have customer care no. When i can talk to executive. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Some using my email id. Please guide me.
