[Resolved] Paytm — Cyber Crime

I made a complaint to paytm about not receiving my recharge today around 12:15 am. After I made my complaint I got a call from the customer care and I was told that my money would be refunded and I have to tell my card details to verify my order.After I tell my details an amount of 15000 was deducted from my account.Now I cannot contact the person . he called me from this number [protected].I'd would really appreciate if you take necessary actions at the earliest .I'm attaching a mini statement of my account as a proof.

my father got a call on[protected] from a fraud person and the person said that i am calling from punjab national bank and he took details of my father's ATM and did a transactions in ONE97. The details of the transaction is as follow :-

kindly return the money in the account.

Sir,
On 30.10.2019 we credited to mobile sale live through Paytm wallet for Rs.2949/-.
But later we observed that we r not able to track order.
Hence I request Paytm to not allow fraud people's to use ur Paytm Service.
Also I will submitting complaint in cyber crime and complaint soft copy mail to shortly.
Please look into this and credit my amount to my wallet AEAP.

These online accounts claimed to be astrologers who said they would help me in return of the following amounts of money.

These accounts are numbers of online scammers who have scammed me and looted me of in total

Rs. 20, 000.

I would like to report these online scammers and fraudsters to the police authorities who are looting innocent people in the name of God and Astrology.

I would also request paytm to help me recover the amount of Rs.20, 000 from these online fraudsters and scammers.

I have lost alot of money. I would request you to investigate the following phone numbers and paytm upi accounts and help me to get my money back.

Please help me to resolve this issue and report these criminals to the police as soon as possible.
