Paytm — Hacked my account due to insecure of paytm's app

Dear sir my paytm account had been hacked by some person located in haryana. He hacked my account on[protected]. I had raised a ccomplaint against the cause. But you are saying that it had used by my side. Once you check the transactions done from my account. It had done at midnight i. E, 11:30pm. He recharged all my amount to haryana numbers. I am living in hyderabad. But the recharges done by him are of haryana.

Due the insecure of your paytm site the problem has been caused. The insecure is that a account cannot been logged in without otp. But he had hacked your app and logged in without otp.

The transactions done are

[protected] - 159 rupees

[protected] - 333 rupees

[protected] - 150 rupees

[protected] - 110 ruppes

[protected] - 85 rupees

[protected] - 30 rupees

[protected] - 30 rupees

I called all numbers but they are always getting busy tone.
I put a complaint to paytm cyber cell but they are saying that it was done by me
