Paytm India — Regarding undelivered debit card

I was applying for debitcard through paytm payment bank. Their cuririar partner is blue dart. But my problem is that blue dart is directly called me on track is that my address is incomplete. Even delivery man not try to reach me or call me to reach out my address. Please handal this case as early as possible
