Paytm Merchant — Merchant account deactivated but sending sms/emails after 8 months.

I have opened a Paytm merchant account in Sept/Oct 2021 when I started running a Taxi service. In January 2022 I didn't found the same profitable so I requested Paytm to deactivate my merchant account. After telephonic conversation I was successful to convince Paytm to deactivate the same. I received an email from Paytm in this regards:

But since last few days I am getting SMS that the monthly rental of Paytm speaker has been revised. I contacted Paytm support. They are not listning to my concern and are sending me emails. I am very disturbed by this behaviour of Paytm.
I have a very old regular Paytm account which i use oftenly to recharge phone, pay bills and sending money etc. but it is not a merchant account.
