Merchant account deactivated but sending sms/emails after 8 months.

I have opened a Paytm merchant account in Sept/Oct 2021 when I started running a Taxi service. In January 2022 I didn't found the same profitable so I requested Paytm to deactivate my merchant account. After telephonic conversation I was successful to convince Paytm to deactivate the same. I received an email from Paytm in this regards:

Not settled my amount of 5600 students from last one and half year
I have my account with paytm Buisness bank with name of nidhi gossain.I opened my account in December 2020 and received my first payment of 2500 in January 2021 along with other small amount payment but till now they have not settled my payment in my account even one more payment of rs 3000 which I received on 8th July 2022 also not get settled .In whole my more than 5600 got stucked in paytm merchant bank.Kindly help me resolve this issue as paytm customer care is not solving it and my amount is too big.

Mera Soundbox Deactivate karna tha to customer care main bat ki or wo bole ke ek email aayega use address pai aap Soundbox courier kar do or deactivate ho jayega uska name hai rishbh shukla Noda se B-26 Phase-2 se paytm Soundbox returns ka hai uska number [protected] hai 2/10/21 ko box returns kiya courier mila unko 8/10/21ko wo bole 4 day main hoga aaj tak nai huva box le liya or charge lga rahe hai or ye rishbh shukla call he nai receive karti ab mere box bhi gaya deactivate nai huva or monthly charge LG raha hai paytm customer wale call he nai late ab or jo read kar rahe hai wo paytm use he na kare barot bekar services hai .

Kindly refund money wrongly sent to VIKASH prasad 2000 qry[protected] raised to paytm.
As communicated with qry[protected], i didnt receive any service from VIKASH prasad and wrongly 2000 amount sent to his account. Now Vikash prasad saying i didnt receive money so i will not refund. I shown him all details but still he is refusing and not replying from his registered paytm mobile number [protected].
Can you please take some action and ensure my refund? please do enquiry from vikash why he is refusing i didnt receive 2000 rs from ****625505 paytm number. Kindly block Vikash prasad account registered with [protected] till the enquiry why he is refusing when i didn't get any service for that.

I want to inform that i have received payment of 14, 407 rs in my merchant account no - [protected] on 3rd jan 2019 but it's not settled till now and i am waiting from last 9 days as i required the amount urgently but the paytm team unable to send the amount to my bank account.
I have go take daily follow up regarding this but they didn't call me and when i asked to transfer the call to senior department they said that they are busy we will drop a call back within 2hours but i have not received any call back from last 4days. Today when i call and ask the matter to senior they replied the transfer will done within 4-5 days but i am not able to wait because my condition was not good i have to go for medical treatment.

paytm business account
I have an amount of 10200 to be settled on my bank account on 14th December 2018, it is still not settled. Customer support do not respond rather ask me to wait. First time they asked me to wait for 3 days and again for 2 days after 2 days another 2 days likewise they make me wait without any resolution. I am hopeless thinking I will not get my money...

It's really so disgusting that you accept money from customers via paytm on an myth condition that they will transfer your amount next day to your bank account.
But this is not true in my case.
As i accepted money via paytm on 26.10.2018 & its been more than 10 days but even till today i have not received money in my bank account. Neither that money is in my paytm balance.
I had called plenty of times at customer care helpline number. All they tell me is to wait for next 48hours to 72hours. They will initiate a transfer their concern team is checking out this case. Its very disappoting as well disgusting to be in this kind of situation.
Paytm is doing fraud with lots of people hard earn money. Please just try to avoid this kind of companies.
But this is not true in my case.

I have payed recharge amount 348 rupees through my idea apps online banking option. Amount is reduced from my account. But i didn't get talk time and any other facilities. I complaints idea customer care. He told no any recharge is done on your number [protected].

My merchant account has been blocked since last few days..It's ridiculous that paytm did not have given me any warning or anything like that.the reason why it was blocked was that we 3 4 merchants were using one account...
We have not received any guidelines of the mode o[censored]se of merchant account...Either inform us the limit and way o[censored]se...Please unblock my account as quick as possiBle...I m losing many cash and business is suffered.please provide the guidelines to use so that it wl not be blocked ...Otherwise we all will uninstall this system permanently...These step are regressive and we suffer for trusting paytm...Uninstalling it

i did 2/3 transaction from my paytm wallet to paytm business, but it never gave me any warning or any message that it is not allowed as per policy, if it was not allowed then it should be stopped at my first transaction only, now the last transaction i did is of Rs. 7500, it was deducted from Wallet but not showing to my business transaction history, it was not deposited to my bank and it is not returned to my wallet again. I don't know where my Rs. 7500 gone?

On 7 feb I have received 10000/- trough paytm QR code and it is settled on 8feb in my linked hdfc bank. But till now I am not received any payment in my account.
I am waiting for this amount and discuss multiple times with paytm Customer care and hdfc bank customer care. Amount sent by paytm but bank not received this amount due to this it is not credited in my account till date.

On 17th Jan I have received 10580/ trough paytm QR code and it is settled on 25 Jan in my linked kotak Mahindra bank. But till now I am not received any payment in my account.
I am waiting for this amount and discuss multiple times with paytm Customer care and kotak Mahindra bank customer care. Amount sent by paytm but bank not received this amount due to this it is not credited in my account till date.
See the attached screenshot for my kotak Mahindra bank account and the message that I received from you.
Take this as a higher priority and resolve this case ASAP because already too late.

I received a payment of 20000 on 10th Jan which should have been settled to my Bank account on 11th Jan, it’s been 14 days and the payment has not yet been credited to my account. I was received 10, 000 from my customer in January, which should be credited to my account on the next day but it couldn't. I was totally got exhausted with PAYTM ### CUSTOMER CARE. It takes a long time to connect at ANY TIME of 24/7 and keeps customers on hold for 30 to 45 minutes, and I really had a hard time in understanding their English, as I do not know Hindi well. However, Language doesn't matter here but I have called them nearly 7 to 8 times, and finally, i got exhausted and left that amount to them only. Its a shame for PAYTM if service is continued like this, and there is a chance of losing trust on PAYTM. I am really unhappy with their service, and CUSTOMER CARE. before it was good but do not know what has been happened, thing getting changed day by day.

N 28th nov. While paying my mtnl bill no: [protected] dtd 9th jan 2017 via online payment site. Amount was deducted from bank account and bill remains unpaid. During online payment process i choose paytm as merchant. Now as per bank payment successful from their end. Hdfc transaction id [protected] dated 28th november 2017. Now they need email from merchant to return the balance.

L have my own shop, l have sold an electronics goods to costumer, and costumer paid me by paytm, and showed me that amount is deducted SMS, but I won't get the amount yet.This tranjection was don on 6th of this month. What I have to do now? The amount is Rs.954/-I have loss of Rs 954+goods.please help me as early as possible.I am hopping you will be helpful in my case.
