Paytm — Merger of paytm accounts - money not transferred to new a/c | |||||
Ticket number[protected]. I had two paytm accounts linked to my two different mai ids. However, i wanted to merge these tow accounts into one and as per instruction provided by paytm - these accounts are merged and now i can only access one / new paytm account using mail id / mobile number linked to it. But after merger of accounts my worry come to live - as i did not see money linked to old account and it seems the account have been merged but the money has not been transferred to new account. Since last 15 days - i have sent loads of followup mails but to no avail. I request to paytm to live up to their brand goodwill and resolve this issue sooner. Ticket number[protected]. m from ludhiana myself meenakshi verma ..i had send many complaints to your paytm executive they didnt solve my problem related to transaction 5000rs from 12/12/2016 ..i send thousands of complaints but dont hv any right feedback and its about one month and my amount of 5000rs stil pending ..your company's junior making excuses by telling its solve only head team and put off the call and not any feed back from thousands of complaints...[protected]@gmail.com ..its my mail id please give me solution of my problem related to paytm transaction ..transaction id [protected] nd other info whatever your company wants i ready for send like before i send to paytm my all data related to transaction send thoussand times but not any feedback nd even not solve any problem ..i m very dissatiesfied from paytm services .efter if am going for strict action against paytm its cros our customers limit and patients
