Dear sir,
This is my registered mobile number in paytm [protected]. I have done one upi transaction through paytm on 31 march. I have transferred the amount of rs 10000 in state bank of india from bank of baroda. Transactions is successfull from my side but beneficiary did not received payment till now..
Please guide me in this problem.

    I have got a loco rewards from loco app for playing online quiz. But it didn't get transferred to my paytm account it still showing zero balance. Once i got money from loco, i have submitted and verified my kyc details. But nothing more happened and my paytm balance is still zero. Please do needful as soo as possible to get my money to my paytm account.

        On 23rd march i got 2 transaction of 5000, total 10000 that have to be transfer to my account with in 24hrs bt today (3rd april) till i didn't recieve my amount, iam making atleast 100 calls per day but there s no response from customer care side, they r not answeing properly without resolving my issuse 3times they have sent a msg thats my tickets was closed, they have resolved my problem. The customer care executives response was very bad. Please dont make payments paytm, i lost my 10000 even i didn't get proper answer also

          after sometime i got a message from them that 2 items are not available so they will refund me the amount. They gave me the id [protected] . And told me to contact paytm customer care if not refunded.today is the 7th day and still i did not received my amount.

            I have booked a ticket on 1st april, 2018 evening for ltt duranto for travel date 14th april, 2018 from ltt to ers.
            I have not received the confirmation ticket, can youpls send the same.
            Irtc site shows payment awaited, and bank details shows payment debited from my account. Payment has also been deducted from my account as per bank statement. See the mail received from the bank.

              refund of amount for wonderla ticket

              We booked 3 tickets for wonderla bangalore on 2nd april morning for the same day itsel[censored]sing pc. Since it took default date tickets got booked for the next day that is 3rd april. Later when we tried contacting them for reschedule or cancellation, they were not ready to help. If reschedule was not possible at least they should cancel our ticket as it costs us more than 3000 inr which is not a small amount. We traveled from chennai to bangalore...

              I transferred rs 500 through net banking from citibank to paytm wallet

              Amount got debited on 29th march. Transaction reference 143826.

              Paytm wallet shows failure and didnt credit the money in wallet and as well as money was not reversed in my citibank account.

              I put up a complaint without having any response.

              Today i spoke to their representative. She said it will take 7-14 days to credit back the money!!! Reference number 58095256

              Its a too much!!. Paytm is enjoying the credit on my money... Disgusting service..

              Amount transferred was Rs 5000
              I have cancelled train ticket on 26 march 2018, irctc status showing amount refunded to paytmag on 27 march 2018 .but still now, the refunded amount as per irctc status hasn't credited in my bank account.
              I have cancelled train ticket on 26/03/18 with transactions id [protected] .on 27/03/18 the amount has been refunded in paytmag as per irctc status showing in my irctc account .but still the refunded amount has not been credited in my bank account.
              I have recently purchased one product In Paytm which is 3600 rupees. I received wrong product. I tried to keep the return request. I have contacted many times to the customer care.
              They are not responding. Please do the needful.

              This is first time facing the issue like this.

                I received a cash back from playing a game. It says that payment failed due to bank hasn't confirmed it. I want to check my status and wanted to know what i can do to get this done. I also didn't get the cash back for "rangasthalam" coupon code. I booked a movie ticket using "rangasthalam" coupon code but didn't receive any cash back as u said that they will be a 100rs cash back.

                          I try to use promo code firsttimelucky .. Promo code is applied but order is not processed... Before i order tshirt you cancel tshirt order... Then i order sunglasses now you say you abuse our promo code facility... What the hell is going... If you want to doning these thing then why you are release promo code... Order shipping charge show zero but when order place it show 50, 75 different... Wow...                               I had used my paytm payment on 30 mar 2018 at 1852 hours and my paytm balance was rs 4402 but on 31st mar when i was to make payment for my mobile recharge the balance shown in paytm passbook was zero. Not able to contact customer care to speak to someone. Even when i downloaded statement for mar it is showing transactions till 28th mar.. No transaction of 30th is shown whereas i used paytm for payment on 30th mar last.. Where did my money go. Kindly check and refund..

                                  Today i got the call from e-career recruitment team for job offer. For carrying out the process of registration, they charged me rs.8, 001 by transaction id [protected]. Subsequently, they charged further amounts for the pretext of job confirmation and salary package and profile completion vide the references : transaction of rs.22, 291.38, rs. 15, 812 and rs. 11, 564, from my icici bank account, against transaction id [protected], [protected] and [protected].

                                  These are fraud transaction and request for reversal to my account.

                                  The transactions were done by me from my account but i realised later that this is a fraud company and my money is lost.

                                  I seek your help to get back this money earnestly, as this is my hard earned money and i repent for my mistake.

                                  Please help.

                                    My mobile number [protected] (Kerala) regd with paytm on18/3. Transferrred rs 1000/- on 29th to paytm a/c tried a transaction on 30th to re-charge mobile
                                    But unsuccess ful sine i forgot the password then i tried all the steps prescribed by paytm website to restore pass word everything failed
                                    1) tried toll free nos[protected] and [protected] bu not getting
                                    Connection at all. Replying either number doesnot exist or line busy
                                    2) tried online method but page skips at 2nd step and unable to cmplete

                                    3) unable to get e mail id of paytm or custmercare to registerrr complaint
                                    The steps in demonstration ad differs from actual paytm screen and hence
                                    Unable to access

                                    What is the wayout now. If nothing, then pls close the a/c and settle
