I am Latha .R ex employee of Shahi exports from 1.12.2010 to 16.7.2016 we took PF for 5 years again I have joined in 18.12.2017 to 28.1.2020 due to technical error they paid for previous pf number
Old PF number KN/PNY/30376/35329
New PF number KN/PNY /30376/491390
From 3 years we are struggling to claim my pf amount due to company made payment to my old pf account so now we are not able to take pf amount

Daily we are going to office and they are not responding properly they told to work 1 month . Again I joned and worked for one month in 2023 still I am not able to take pf, kindly resolve the problem

We have installed the vrv in our factory is not working since one year, and daikin team is not able to rectify the issue .Installed system detasils are given below:
25 tr (12hp 20hp) daikin 2018
25 tr (12hp 20hp) daikin 2018
27 tr (20hp 16hp) daikin 2018
27 tr (18hp 16hp) daikin 2018
12 tr (14hp) daikin 2019

The KYC was not approved after more than a month. The employer has not taken any action on it
This is very important for me, so please approve it as soon as possible. I want to go to another job, but this is very important for me, so please make this work happen.

Total current balance due is as follows:
1. For Faridabad Location- Rs. 86, 563/-
2. For Bangalore Location- Rs.79, 056/-
3. For Odisha Location-Rs. 1, 00, 681/-

They have raised the false debit notes saying that material is rejected. They don't have any acceptance of debit notes

Received E-challan No. MUMCM[protected] On 27-Aug-22 04:25:00 pm for Rs 500/- for Riding without helbet by both Driver or Pillion.

I have attached the E-challan screenshot and also the images in which there is a scooty with the number MH02FM7811 Where as I won a bike (Hero PAssion Pro) with number MH02FM2811. Attached herewith is my registration card of my vehicle for your reference and picture of my vehicle.

The above challan wrongly charged to me.

So, please Remove My Challan at the earliest and oblige..

My account balance has been deducted 449rs but the material is not available yet.

But he is telling ur account not added u need to come next day when u come we will give u your salary otherwise we won't give and company messaged me pls report to your duty and get salary

I have changed my date of birth in aadhar card so because of that I need to change my date of birth in pf account too but the Shahi export unit 14 where I am working i told them to change its been 3 months and they are just postponing the date like tomorrow come after 4 days and when I change my date of birth in pf then they always reject it and they have not even given my settlement amount too please do something or else i will take this matter to labour court. I have resigned from your company on Sep 2018 and till now I am not able to withdraw my PF amount because of lot of process you are imposing and not approving it to withdraw PF through online unified portal. Hi shahi exports team im one of the employee in shahi exports in unit 44 kupppam.inside the company for every thing and every purpose there is a torture and without any reason production managers and ie managers and quality heads will use very bad language and words they use at every time if we working correctly and we giving a production also they use a bad words frankly to say they won't give 1min of time for going to wash room for ladies they won't send on time to they keep to work and asking for give production and go.we r also human not an robots to do everything without any breaks and without rest if ask for holiday for any health issue they won't grant a permission and there is no respect for ladies please check it do a needfull ther is more to about complaints.

Shahi garments It's nice job but H.R not response for my interview I'm already 2 times continuesly attend the interview but worst H.R not joining me chey what a garments chey. Worst response finally I'm 2times attending the interview but this 2 times waste for my time and other jobs but I want head office number because I wanna I want compliant so I want compliant number

I want to bring to your notice a bad experience that I faced recently at Shahi export house. I was been called for the interview at Shahi by the H.R. and I attended it. Mr. Ravish who heads the fast fashion took my interview, liked my work and then asked me to come for a trail period of 6 days. During this period he asked me to make 5 samples. I really gave my best working very hard these 6 days and finished 5 samples. Everyone in the design team and in the factory was very much happy seeing the samples. At the final day of my trial, I showed the samples to Mr.Ravish. He saw the samples, said thank you and then told me that they would get back to me with in 2 to 3 days. I waited for three days but never got the reply from Shahi. I then called up the H.R. Kawaljeet and she replied back saying that the design team wants to look at more people. when a company calls a person for the interview they must confirm saying either yes or no directly to that person. but here I was not given any proper reply and put me in dilemma. I as an individual who worked extremely hard during the trial period for free has every right to know a final result and also feedback on why I have been not selected for this job.I'm really looking forward to your reply with a lot of hope and expectations.
