Paytm Mobile Solutions Delayed Action — UPI transaction related

UPI transaction reference ID no[protected] done by Paytm UPI, not credited to beneficiary on 11 Oct 2021, I have already lodged many complaints to Paytm but they can't trace out where the deducted amount. Upi amount is received by Google pay account ([protected]@gmail.com) but they denied that no such amount or transaction ID is in his account.So pse ask them the clarification from Google pay section. Being a Paytm customer they are not ready to share any details with me
