Paytm Mobile Solutions — I'm complaining about the refund against flight cancellation

Dear sir / madam,

It refers to the paytm booking id [protected] & [protected], please note i booked flight ticket from paytm, which pnr is ies8vf & bceqhy (Indigo) respectively. Due to delay departure i cancelled both bookings and as per indigo customer care they confirmed that in this case cancellation charges not applied as flight was rescheduled over two hours delay.

But after cancellation from paytm i found refund amount is less. So, i started conversation through 24x7 paytm ivr massage from 14-12-19, but still i did not get my total refund though indigo has confirmed that they've refunded full amount to the agent.

Not only that still paytm customer care not able to confirm when i'll get the full refund.

Kindly help.
