Dear sir/mam, I book my ticket from IRCTC android app by payment using paytm wallet on Booking Date : 17th June 2019. Amount deducted from Paytm Wallet but Ticket not booked. Please Provide my refund my money to my Paytm wallet for this failure transaction.
