Paytm Mobile Solutions — Policy cancellation

I purchased car insurance from Paytm mobile on oct 2024 after this in April I converted my car private category to commercial category when I ask for endorsement my policy they will ask to not endorse I have to cancel my policy according to my policy I follow all there formalities for cancellation they said wait for 7 working days it will canceled after 7 days when I ask the status they strictly rejected my request and said that it not be cancelled or endorse you have to suffer whole year when i already having a commercial policy then why i carry both policies I want my all refund and want to take action
