Respected sir/maam, i placed an order with paytm on 15th november 2017 for r for rabbit folding pram order number [protected]. The price of the product was mrp. 8991 and with discount it came to 4799. The product was delivered, but the weight of the product is 9.8kg, but i received a small box, which is not even 100gms, but it is mentioned as 9800gms. Called paytm multiple times, but no help
