Paytm Mobile Solutions — refund of amount for wonderla ticket

We booked 3 tickets for wonderla bangalore on 2nd april morning for the same day itsel[censored]sing pc. Since it took default date tickets got booked for the next day that is 3rd april. Later when we tried contacting them for reschedule or cancellation, they were not ready to help. If reschedule was not possible at least they should cancel our ticket as it costs us more than 3000 inr which is not a small amount. We traveled from chennai to bangalore and we had to return the same day itself so going next day was not at all possible. But they didn't cancelled the ticket and no refund was done. We are expecting a refund amount from paytm's side.
