[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — Transaction Status still showing Processing post 7 days
I had paid my Loan EMI of RS 20, 000 for vendor Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd on 19th September 2022 at 7:53 PM IST.
As of today the transaction is not reflecting as successful & the status is showing as : Waiting for service provider confirmation.
I have contacted customer care multiple times but have been toggled between paytm wallet team & paytm bank team pin pointing at each other.
Can you advise how much time it would take for transaction to be marked as successful or failed as its almost 7days now.
Also I have got confirmation from vendor that they have not received the amount yet.
