Paytm — My money got stuck in Paytm wallet

Hi, Since afternoon of this day i am trying to recharge my postpaid number thru my credit card but instead of recharging the money refunded every time.I have stucked with a sum of more than 1500 rs. in the paytm wallet.Please manage to refund me that much amount.Please as I am running out of money.
