[Resolved]  Paytm — Orders are in Pending from long time

Dear sir,
I am pushkar, mobile no. [protected] I transferred amount from paytm wallet to my bank account Rs.3500/- on 29/12/2016 Paytm Cash Txn ID [protected] but the txn is still pending . Kindly check this I'd and refund the money to wallet or bank account.

Why is it saying your bank system is overloaded everytime since last week..

I paid my electric bill dated 13 January 2017 through debit card and amount had been deducted from bank but my payment failed. And Paytm has not return my money. Please return my money. I registered the request so many times but not responding. My order no.is[protected].

Had been trying to transfer Rs. 4900/- to a bank account for some medical emergency. It went into pending mode and is pending since 26 hrs. Neither, I have money left in my bank account nor in my PayTm wallet.

When contacted, they (PayTm) had sent me a link to an article and said it's gonna take 7-14 days to reflect.

I request PayTm to at least cancel this transaction, so that I can use this money thru my wallet.

What is "your bank system overload" error in paytm. Can anyone help. Not able to use paytm cz of dis issue from past two months.

I did mobile prepaid recharge on 8th March at 9:31 PM.Since, then the recharge is showing as processing. The amount got debited from my wallet. Today its 9th March, 2017, 12:39 PM and still recharge status is processing.
Worst service by PayTM.

I have ordered Blue Star 1.5 Ton 5 Star Standard Window AC 5W18GA under the order [protected].The delivery date was 18th March But till 25th March 2017 no clue. Several mail dropped but no such response from paytm. Even as per site it was dispatched but track detail says no info available. Received two mail from paytm stating we are checking. Invested approx INR 27K and now i am moving blank, no clue on my product and payment.
So bad service this time. I should go for legal also.
Please cancel the order and arrange refund

i recharged my jio, money got deducted from my account.but recharge not done got message can cancel after 2 hrs but cant c any canceloption in app and web send many token to paytm but no respone really sad abou this.

As i did Mobile postpaid payment by yesterday, But i don't know why? my payment confirmation were pending until now. So, i have chosen some other service. Hence please cancel my payment order and refund ASAP.

I am expecting the positive response and wait for valuable replay.
