Paytm Payments Bank — Worst Response from Paytm Payments Bank

I am Sajin. I am one of the customer paytm payments bank account. unfortunately I did wrong upi transaction Rs.15000 on May 1st 2022. Next day I have raised complaint for amount reversal. And i did not forgot to follow-up. Everyday they said like " we processed your complaint, this process take more than one month". After one month Paytm said " Your reversal process declined by receivers bank on May 1st 2022 ( Actually I raised complaint on May 2nd only. How can they reject on May 1st) So it will not processed " . Because of there is no proper response from the Paytm, I have approached Canara bank on[protected]. After that only Canara bank manager processed that reversal process. That receiver account customer also signed 'debit authorization letter' ( this letter says that 15000 amount received in that customer amount is not his amount). Till now Paytm says same dialogue." Your reversal process declined by receivers bank on May 1st 2022. So it will not processed " Please help me to get back that amount.
