Hi Sir,
I have booked a ticket from PayTM and the ticket got confirmed.4 hours before the bus start time, the Bus operator (Simhapuri Travels) sent SMS that the bus trip got cancelled in which the ticket is booked and confirmed. The Bus operator told that PayTM will refund your amount in your credit card. But its been 14 days, the paytm haven't responded to my query/ticket raised. Can u please take appropriate action(s) to make paytm resolve my issue?
