Paytm Postpaid — About excess amount

Actually in my post paid wallet 1000 rs they
And i paid 1300 after the due date means I tried same day but it's not taking next day morning I paid 1300 they gave waiver also for that but the thing is I am unable to use postpaid where ever I scanned it's not taking I have raise the request to customer care also they told that there is no post paid team u need raise the request to paytm app there is no option for raise the request and I called so many time that executive also they are not responding what I am asking means I don't want there what ever balance amount i paid 300 I need that amount kindly help me for that this is my post paid number [protected].
