[Resolved]  Paytm Postpaid — Payment done but pending not waive off

I am abdur Rahman Laskar
Paytm postpaid account number PYTMPPABFL[protected]

Dear sir/mam
Earlier i was paying all the dues on time but from past few months i am unable to pay
Because of family (devorce) problem

Now i want to pay i have request them to waive off the penalty amount

I got an email and chat reply from Paytm and Aditya birla finance that if i pay INR 8200 then the rest amount automatically waive off

I have completed the payment of INR 8200 but the penalty amount inr 3529 still pending

Please i need help i don't have to much money now
