Paytm — Refund not received in my bank account account | |||||
I have placed following order on paytm side. Amount for the following have been deducted but none of them was successful. I have already inform customer care of paytm about this by paytm complain module on your site. I am still waiting for my refund. 9 days have been completed from the order date. still i am waiting for refund of following orders This amount should be refunded in my bank account but you refund in my wallet. what is the use of wallet amount for me because i am unable to place any order successfully because of problem in your site. kindly refund my whole amount in my bank amount. why you are not resolving my complaints about these order because i have been generated the complain ticket for the same I am requested to paytm :kindly do need full. and call me back on my registered mob. no. My journey was booked on 18 with indigo, and they had cancelled our journey due to some reasons so they intiated us with 5000 rs refund which was from Paytm.. and before that we had changed our flyt date so they refunded with 696... Both have been intiated by indigo but the Paytm hasn't refunded us untill now..we hav called them several time but there is no response .. the total refund amount wud be 5696 rupees and the Paytm number is [protected] and the booking number is [protected]
