I made a Fixed Deposit of Rs. 1, 06, 000 and have been unable to redeem it since past 2 weeks. Paytm's terms and conditions clearly state that Fixed Deposit can be redeemed any time. I tried contacting the customer care multiple times, but they haven't resolved my issue since 2 weeks, and each time they tell me that we will get back to you in 2-3 days. This incident has caused a lot of mental frustration in me, and delaying the complaint without any prompt response is mental harassment.
