Paytm User — need action against fraud transaction

I am writing mail regarding Rs. 11011/- was deducted on the date 2 March 2019. I was trying to send 1200 Rs to Mr. Ajay sambhaji Bhosale. I got the confirmation from BOI transaction was successful but Mr.ajay said he had not received amount yet.So i Checked with google pay for transaction status was showing pending so i wait for 24hrs. After one day i got the fraud call from (Mob.[protected]) on behalf of google pay and asking my complaints details to assist further.He suggested to check my balance in google pay application and he is asking my balance details which is out of policy so i tried to avoid to told him about my balance details but he is forcing me to resolve my issue required balance details so i told him about my balance.After some moment he send one Fishing Request on google pay for Rs 11, 011 and to refund RS 1200.I tried to decline his request but he is forcing me to refund Rs 1200 you need to process this request.
