Paytm — Wallet balance issue - less amount than spent

Hi Team,

I've added 1500 cash into PayTM wallet, after that i spent some amount and balance i expected is Rs.463.07(I have a list of orders where i spent money).

But the current wallet balance is showing Rs.227.8.

I have asked the customer care through mail that where is remaining amount Rs.235.27 which is not showing in balance which i didn't spent anywhere.

They are not responding properly.

Can you please help me to get my amount back of Rs.235.27.
