Hi Team,

I have some transaction issue in PayTm, I am trying to connect them from past 2 days continuously but i am not able to connect them. I tried calling them more than 100 times and every time line busy. one of the worst customer care i have seen.

Please give some respect to customer and Improve your quality of Customer care service. I need immediate call from you to resolve my issue. Please call back.

Two of my transaction is failed and amount has been debited to paytm wallet.
Again there was an option to transfer back that amount to Bank. So I transferred that amount back to my bank account and it showing transaction us successful but still I haven't received money.

Please help me to resolve.. I need this money urgent. Please call me back else please let me know the escalation process.
