[Resolved]  PayU — Fraud Transaction

Hi Team,

This is to bring your attention to multiple fraud transactions that happened from my Paytm postpaid accounts (Mobile No-[protected] or Email [protected]@gmail.com ).

Below are the transaction details.
1) transaction ID:[protected], Amount: 976, Date of transaction: 30 march 2022
2) transaction ID[protected], Amount 699, Date of transaction: 02 April 2022
3) transaction ID[protected], Amount 980, Date of transaction: 06 April 2022
4) transaction ID[protected], Amount 6500, Date of Transaction: 09 April 2022

I got to know today that the transaction happened through Payu.Kindly block the transaction.

We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details with us via https://help.payu.in/ and we shall assist you further.

• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

Hi,

Please note that these are successful transactions via PayU at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id in order to get the status at their end.

PayU is a payment aggregator that helps merchants and customers to do online transactions. It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. Since the said transactions are successfully processed, hence any refund/resolution will be provided by the merchant only.
Please contact your bank to raise a chargeback against your transaction/s if the concerned merchant is not providing the services/refund.

Hi,

The transaction is happened through paytmpost account. I already raise a concern on payu help section with all details but there is no respond from payu customer care. screenshot is attached for further investigation. Fraud transaction happened with other payment gateway also.They checked the transaction with the transaction I'd & return back to my Paytm postpaid account.
I would request you to please check the attached transaction & block the transaction at the earliest.
