        I ordered eyeglasses from eyemyeye and it eas not upto mark so returned it.. On 3rd May 2022 after returning i got mail that refund has been intiated and at night arounf 11 pm atvthe dame date i got mail from payu that they successfully refunded money to the source account but for my kind information when i checked my bank account there was not a single penny regarding this order, don't know why. So i'm requesting the comoany tobplease refund my money as fast as possible, i contacted my bank regatding the transaction id and ARN number u gave and they said they didn't found anything regarding refund of your money and said contact the payment body.. So please i'm requesting you to look into this matter and refund me as fast as possible.

          Money got Stuck

          I had placed an order on www.skechers.in on 01/May/2022 Transaction ID: TXN[protected] for a shoe and paid through my Card of amount Rs 3, 711.6 but the payu money payment gateway in midway showed error and the order was not placed and my money got debit from my account. I would like to resolve this matter at earliest by either placing my order or refund the amount....

          I booked 02 tickets for Taj Mahal on 06 Nov 22 at 4:36pm from the official site of Archaeological survey of India. The money got deducted. However, there is no trace of tickets and cannot regenerate it as well. Please revert back and refund the amount.

              My PAYU merchant id 7333271

              Dear PAYU team,
              Our company has lost all trust in you. We even doubt are you people fraud.
              I raised a complaint of settlement hold 1 month back. I submitted all the documents that PAYU team requested me. Also I gave approval for refund also.
              I received message from PAYU (screenshot attached below) saying "your request is already forwarded to concerned team and same will be completed soon". This message i received 1 week back. I don't know what is taking this much time for doing a refund and removing the settlement hold. Why are you so slow. We are your customers and if you are responding slowly and processing all our request slowly, it is causing loss of trust in you.
              We are messaging you in ticket raised in PAYU. We are not even getting a reply. SOOOOOO BAAAADDDDDDD .
              At least give replies for our queries raised in ticket in PAYU. very bad for not responding.
              We will wait only till this week.
              DO REFUND AND REMOVE SETTYLEMENT HOLD AND TRANSFER OUR SETTLEMENT AMOUNT TO OUR BANK ACCOUNT.
              Or else we will go for further actions.

                  These fraudster are saying that they will be sending some gifts from MXTAKATAK team and than say that they will actually send money since one fo the gift items was not available and so ask you all details of paytm account and than fraudently map their payu account to my paytm account and took my money ...saying it will come back and asked me to transfer more to check if money is getting credited and debited correctly ...soon i realised that i was cheated, i tried complaining to payu site but their is no easy way to take help in payu website for reporting fraud by their users

We'd suggest you to raise this immediately to the Cyber Cell office and they shall assist you further. Please note, that all transactions processed through PayU payment gateway are processed with a Two-factor authentication mechanism. All the transaction/s are processed only after the 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password and UPI details with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and PayU will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s. In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s or want this to be investigated further, please raise your query to the nearest Cyber cell office and they shall facilitate you on the further process.

My account number is xxxx59 and I have also a My Zone Credit Card from axis bank. my credit card number is xxxx xxxx xxxx 6660, I am working in health department in Government of Gujarat as a multi purpose health care worker. recently I served the nation in covid-19 pandemic as a corona warrior. I am writing this to bring into your concern that on 04/04/2022 at 06:11 pm a fraud transaction of 98000/- INR was debited from my credit card with a transaction number [protected]. I received a call from axis bank official helpline number [protected] the same was mentioned in my credit card back side, it was done on 04/04/2022 in call the guys said you are a premium customer from our axis bank so our bank offer an one good deal for you, so I reply what was the deal? he said your reward point is convert in to cash in your credit card account so I reply how’s is this possible? Than guy said some premium customer only get this special offer. I thinking deeply and trusted this guy because he called from axis banks official helpline number. He said open the Google chrome internet browser and write (rewardzpoints.in ) then I opened this link and Axis bank Official web page would be opened further he said click on the apply now option and feel the data so I entered my full name, date of birth, credit card number and my resident address and submitted the link so he said in 24 hours your
                    reward points was credited in to your account and then call get disconnected in this entire periods credit card was in my possession then suddenly I noted my phone’s behavior was changed I feel that my phone was hacked by someone. So after 20 minutes I restarted my phone and checked my axis mobile application. Than I confirmed that in my mind fraud transaction was done in my credit card. I hereby confirm and sure that I have not initiated the above said transaction and even I didn’t share any type of OTP/CVV to caller, also I didn’t received any OTP and transaction information via texts messages. further I have blocked my card and complained in national cyber crime department in same day and visited my nearest Axis Bank branch on 05/04/2022 for resolve this issue. I have submitted fraud transaction complaint in branch with all necessary measurements. I have also mailed to your PayU email id on 8th April 2022, I would request you to give me a chargeback in my axis credit card account, I shall be highly served if you help me out with this issue and let me know when the clear this disputed transaction, we are live in a medium economical condition and medium life line with medium social society with limited small income, me and my whole family suffering to much from this unwanted problem came in to our life. 98000/- amount was too high for us we can’t get afford this. Due to my financial conditions, I am not able to afford this type of fraud transaction. In the past few years my family has suffered a huge loss, and we have come to be on the list of low-income families. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this.                                 Would like to bring to your attention that as per the agreement the settlements are not happening in my account for some or the other reasons which are not told to me.
                                I have been asked to provide the proofs of purchase, sale and delivery which are promptly supplied and yet I am receiving the message that the case is complicated and resolution will take time.
                                For your company 86 thousand might not be a significant sum of amount but for a small company like mine it is a very big amount.
                                My entire cashflow is disturbed because of the same.
                                If you are unable to process the settlement please give specific reasons and refund the money to the source with immediate effect.
