Payu Ibibo Web Pvt Ltd — Transaction failed money deducted but amount not refunded.

Hi,

My money was deducted while booking bus ticket odbus but the amount was not refunded though the transaction was failed. It was booked on 8th june 2016.

Please help in this context.
