[Resolved] PayU — My money was on hold by payu

Hai, I made a transaction of 28000 to my trainer through payu using my credit card.as my trainer is a freelancer, don't have gst so can't provide a bill or invoice. Due to this payu hold the money.i can understand their terms, but they didn't return the money yet to my account.if payu can't pay the money to my trainer due to their terms they have to return it back.they are neither paying to my trainer nor paying back to me.please help me with this.Thank you

Updated by Kiran Foru Hai, today u got a call from [protected], told me they are from payu, asked me to share my screen with team viewer app( which was told to download from playstore). They asked me to open my phone pay and asked me to enter my credit card details. I ignored and they said u won't get u r refund and cut the call. After that they called to my payer and asked to share the screen and asked to open net banking. I have a short call recording which I started after realizing it was some fishy...Thank you

Updated by Kiran Foru Just now I got an another call from [protected], and they told that they are from crime branch, payu has transfered the amount to crime branch and asked my Google pay details.they told me to request 1 rupee. Their conversation is that payu is transfered the money to cyber crime and they transfered the money. It's a fraud payu please respond on this please.

Updated by Kiran Foru Hello payu, No one is responding to my ticket. R u able to refund the money or not. Because of your worst service I am getting fake and fraud calls.
