Hey,

I am sachin pethare started using payumoney for almost 1 month. I know you all are busy so I will make it as short as possible.

So all my payments are showing "Settlement in progress - after 72hours your payment will transfer to your bank account" But I am pretty sure it's almost been a week and I didn't get my money. I have also raised tickets for multiple times, got response from you but you didn't help me to solve my problem.

I would really appreciate and recommend you if you help me with it. Please!

    I bought pubg mobile uc today by paying on payu 110rs ammount it showed it successfull but when i checked my pubg account I didn’t got any uc pls look after it

        I have ordered boat xtend from boat official website and it was successfully ordered but after one day it have been cancelled automatically . They have send gmail through payu that the refund is successful and money has been transferred to your account but I have not got any refund in my bank account plz I need my money asap

              My PayU ID is [protected]
              Around 25 transactions of my sales they have settled smoothly. From 5th July 2021 onward they are holding the amount for all transactions. Now only my small business has started picking up.
              There is not even a single contact number available.
              Also the 24*7 Chat is an automated system, where we cannot raise any of our grievances.

                  My money was on hold by payu

                  Hai, I made a transaction of 28000 to my trainer through payu using my credit card.as my trainer is a freelancer, don't have gst so can't provide a bill or invoice. Due to this payu hold the money.i can understand their terms, but they didn't return the money yet to my account.if payu can't pay the money to my trainer due to their terms they have to return it back.they are neither paying to my trainer nor paying back to me.please help me...

                  Dear Team,

                  I wanted to recharge my Jio Mobile no. 147 on 24/06/2021 through my RBL Credit Card by payment gateway PAYU PAYMENTS PVT. LTD but unfortunately RBL does not do recharge with point and i was not aware and went ahead with the recharge, the amount of Rs. 599/- got debited and it did not got recharge and hence next day on 25th June again i did recharge of 599/- successfully.

                  Please look into the matter and refund or recharge my mobile asap.

                  NB: I even had conversation via email with Jio wherein they don't see any recharge or credit amount of 599/- for 24th June 2021.

                        For the testing purpose, I have made a Payment using My Credit card using PayUMoney Gateway.

                        It's done 30+ days but still PayUMoney not refund my amount.

                        The unsettled fund against Transaction Id: [protected] is INR 20, 000

                        On the PayUMoney website, there is no customer care contact also so you can't contact him, they provide support chat only.

                          Hi, I am here to report a fraud website operating with payu payment gateway. This is the second time I am reporting about this for taking action and no action has been taken by PayU against this. So I am raising a complaint with consumer forum online for the same. The website lists products with offers and many like me have purchased products from them using payu. I have lost Rs 2570 for a purchase of a solar panel. As of today the fraud merchant has taken the website down and is no longer accessible. The details of the transaction are given below. Transaction ID: [protected] Merchant Website: https://goodlucksales.com Amount Paid: 2570.00 Order Date:[protected]:16:03 Customer Phone Number: [protected] The website is with fake addresses and the mobile numbers for support are also fake. How come payu does not verify the details of the website . There are numerous complaints about them in consumer forums and still no action is done by payu. The details of complaints are below. I want to raise a complaint against them and payu for this carelessness. Also want my payment reversed. The seller and website are not at all responding so it is up to you guys to resolve this.
