[Resolved] PayU — Transaction Failed but money debited from bank | |||
Made online payment of Rs.22673/- on 14/07/2020 for payment of college fee on MET Institute of Management portal via Debit card . After making payment next screen showing the message of cm90004-duplicate record message. At the same time money was debited and the payment status also not updated. No transaction details was sent. The bank from which payment debited is Central Bank of india. Hence it is requested to refund my money of rs.22673/- as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
