Payuib — Merchant details required as there is no response after payment has been made.

My PAUIB Transaction ID Is
[protected] for Rs.699.00 dated 20 April. The merchant details are not there and no product has been received. My order was for BRAUN trimmer.
Please help by providing merchant details or arrange to refund money.
