I have orderd a bluetooth speaker in online and also I've made a payment of 563.82. I have received a message from PAYUIB as mentioning the transaction #[protected], but still now I haven't receive any sot of information about the order I've placed and also no information through email and no source to track the order.

Ye msg aaya sirf or mera paisa deduct hogya, maine insta pe boat ka headphone dekha or prepaid order kiya lekin uske bad google pe store unavailable dikha raha h or koi tracking update nhi koi ataa pata nhi h ... Aise q krte ho yrr haraam ka khane ka aadat hogya sb ko ..

Date 18/04/2023 i order 2 shirts by watching ads on facebook i like the product then me ordered. They show payment options me select paytm automatically open application and pay option me click pay and enter passcode payment deduct money I received a message rs.249/ two time total amount is rs.498 ect, . Please help me

After the payment has received there is no response from the advertiser. No email notification and no response about the product shipping.
It seems the ad was just for cheating money fraud.
