[Resolved]  PayUMoney — 3 month still issue not solved and no refund done

Hello sir my account is on risk hold asking for invoice which i have already provided ways back .. issue started on 8 july when they ask me for invoice detail which i provided then .. but after that they ask for invoice and delivery detail the courier, which is not possible for as we run webhosting company as as many otehr company do as well the like resellerclub they also use it ..

But they don't understand it and ask again for same detail ..and or hold this money for 210 days which a another problem .. i sk they team to solve this issue other issue refund for this amount to customer acount directly or do satelment .. but nothing is happening till now its been now 3 month they and stop replying to my ticker reply ...

that they have send to concern team and they will reply but see its almost 3 month days not no reply ..and not giving refund to my client account as well

they have now quiet bad customer support team ..

also company phone number not working, my key account manger detail changed but not detail send to me .. how can i find solution .. please this urgent issue
