[Resolved]  PayUMoney — about refund my deducted amount

This is to inform you that i have paid rs.1130 for madeeasy via payumoney on 7th august. My balance has been deducted but transaction failed. I informed you many times but you people never responded. What are you doing there??? The refund amount has not credited untill now. Please solve this issue as soon as possible. Otherwise i will take action against you.

I always Received OTP msg of my credit card through payu money, I don't know who is using my credit card, could you pls help to know.

OTP for transaction of INR 75.00 on your card xx3944 at PAYU MONEY is -------. OTP expires in 10 mins & please do not share it with anyone for security reasons.
