My dad opened the PAY U MONEY account on March 2016.
Only one transaction has been done with it.
My dad expired on[protected].
I have been pursuing PAY U MONEY to deactivate my account.

Merchant ID: 6362825
Mobile Number: [protected]
They are not closing it. I request PAY U MONEY to close my account.

Refund has been successfully initiated for your transaction ID 203249298- 7263051793 via ARN IXGAJKWYF5. Bank generally takes 7-10 working days to refund the amount to a customer's account. For any further assistance on the same, you're requested to get in touch with your bank directly.

I have been trying to get in touch with you since January 2022, for a refund that was done by AirBnb through your server and I still have not received it. I have tried your chatbot multiple times and not gotten any response via email or anything. It is absolutely ridiculous how there is no proper form of communication my refund has been stuck for over 3 months now. Please get in touch with me asap because this is a very serious matter.
