Only one transaction has been done with it.
My dad expired on[protected].
I have been pursuing PAY U MONEY to deactivate my account.

They are not closing it. I request PAY U MONEY to close my account....

Here is a online portal, www.spicemarket.in and they are marketing spices online and collecting funds through payumoney. I had placed an order with them worth Rs.350=00 and paid through my credit card on 27th JULY, 2018 as per receipt received from payumoney. The receipt says that receipt of the money was Sagagen Technology and payment id. This order cancelled, but no refund received.
On not receiving any further communication about the same, I tried to contact on their mobile nos. as given on their web site and found that they are continuously switched off and messages have no response back. I presume this company to be a fraud & refund to my same credit card a/c from which it was paid.
Please take this issue up on priority before more online clients are cheated and it becomes a scam

    I have paid the fees of puda clerk exam on 16th july, 2018. The amount is debited twice. I have submitted the issue in my debit card issuer bank. Bank has rejected the claim. They said that this issue was by the merchant site. Contact them. Please refund my amount as soon as possible. The total amount debited is 1001.77 rupees. It was the first time i have paid amount from your site. Kindly pay attention to it.

Can payumoney which facilitiated the transaction help me and block this fraud??

        I'm a full time social blogger, just trying to keep this lite and +ve / fake merchant namely (Shopskary.com) website on instagram directed me to this website, where i'd posted my payment through my cc. Later on i came to know that the website (Shopskary) is fake!!, looking for a full refund!!! And payumoney should do some security checks, never the less if their goal is to be to stay in bussiness they and the advertising agency needs to be blacklisted, im going to do random checks on fraud websites are linked in on my blogger platform. & hoping for the best! My refund amt is too low, but ill make sure people like me can stay alert!!.

          Kindly solve my issue as soon as possible waiting for positive reply

          I had payment my some college fee on 17 july 2018. At that moment my payment is deduct from a/c but not reflect in my college a/c. I am not able to recieve my refund yet.

            I placed an order in TVParts.in for LG powersupply board paying 2490Rs through PayUMoney on July 8th (attached the image payumoney.jpg and payumoney2.jpg from bank and from the supplier).
            Later supplier told that he didn't have that in stock and cancelled the order and initiated the refund. I followed up with the supplier and he said he has done it

            Since the supplier didn't have the stock they cancelled the order and initiated the refund on 10th July. After waiting for couple of weeks, I contacted the supplier then he send me the snippet showing initiating the refund (image payumoney3.jpg). Then I tried posting the query in their site last week still no response.

            Hence I am raising the complain with the hope of solving it.

            PS: When I searched in this site, I am surprised to see so many people complaining about this vendor.

            Seller re-initiated the refund and I got the money. Thanks for the support.
            Amount has been deducted from my bank account, instead of failed transaction. txn#[protected]. Although after 1st failed transaction, i already bought the product using another payment gateway. After like 6 hours amount is being deducted for the failed purchase i never made. How to get refund? Even PayU has no option for complaint in there site

            payumoney is not releasing my payment despite telling them again and again no response from them, I need the money urgently and they are not listening .

              I made a transaction to pay amount to my payee miles web by airtel money on 25-jul-2018. Amount rs.3614 has been debited but the transaction was unsuccessful.

              Regarding my refund i did not get any progress till now even after 8 days. I tried to contact payumoney customer care no body responding, i sent some message through get help link in thier portal, i did not get any response (When i am submitting i got message as i will be called in 2 days but nobody called till now).

              It seems they don't have any proper channel to address these issues. I got very disappointed fed up with thier services.

              Milesweb also keep saying they did not get further update from payumoney.

              Both of them making customer to feel disappointed.

                  On 29 July 2018 i paid Rs 1200 On Website www.flikover.com . The PayUmoney was their payment gateway. i choose tez upi for payment . Then payUmoney send request of rs 1200 from Jinisha Sales ( salonicraft.[protected]@axisbank ) on Tex app on Mobile . i paid rs 1200 on that request on mobile app. After that no confirmation of payment received on payUmoney website. After some time PayUmoney sent failed transaction email. money was dedeucted from my axis bank account . Below is axis bank transaction description on 29 july 2018 ...

                  Nobody other than my bank axis bank helped me. All three, payumoney, google tez and concerned website refused to help initially. Later when i filed a complaint on all forums and with my bank then everybody started responded for saving his own reputation. Pauymoney did nothing to solve it. just asked status from my bank and posted it here. my axis bank was taking action from few days back. it is my axis bank who did all the hard work. My advice whenever you are paying online never ever choose any upi app especially google tez app. Always directly pay from your bank site through networking. you will never regret your decision. in case of any trouble you have to report only to your bank and bank takes action, unlike in my case i was forced to run from door to door..from website owner to tez to payumoney to my bank.. i thanks axis bank and www.consumercomplaints.in for solving my complaint. In the end i also thanks owner of flikover.com for some courtesy he showed and offered and activated free of cost, services for 5 days on my account, which I politely refused.

                  1. You asked about transaction details, i am adding proof of Payumoney fraud . See attached pic.

                  2.Why dont you ask your partner in crime Google Tez app about
                  Google transaction ID : CICAgKD88IfqHQ
                  UPI Transaction ID :[protected].
                  Payumoney is partnered with Google Tez app for receiving and sending payments.

                  3. Why dont you askFlikeover.com for the transaction details that whether they received payment Rs 1200 at UPI addresss salonicraft.[protected]@axisbank (Jinisha Sales). You provided them api. why dont you ask their bank statement to confirm whether they received payment?

                  When i am did transaction on Flikover.com, Payumoney sent me message to pay on UPI Address salonicraft.[protected]@axisbank. Now its your responsibility to ask your customer about transaction success .

                  I am really very sad to see that Payumoney customer support is so pathetic and careless.
                  What is your Payumoney system doing to check.

                  Are two big Companies like PayUmoney.com and Google.com are so incompetent to solve a small issue?

                  My AXIS Bank www.axisbank.com is also investigating this fraud committed by PayUmoney.com and Google.com

                    I am surendra Singh Rathore from jodhpur Rajasthan use payu gateway on 20/7/2018 to submit my kids school fee in Federal Bank... During tha transaction payment Rs9208. 60 deduct from my sbi account but not credit in school account which in federal bank... After 10 days has gone but still I have not received my refund in my bank account... Regarding this I have already two times mail to payu which ticket I'd is 03145137 and 03176347 but no reply from any one and no phone call from payu... Your customer care representative not received phone calls...

                    please help me to solve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you

                          On 30th july i have booked irctc ticket through my hdfc credit card and they used pay money for transaction of 10, 500 inr that is deducted from her credit card account but irctc saying it is failed transaction and did not get payment from bank then my question is why get bank deducted this amount from credit card and lying.

                            What are you saying, Where is my answer.I know transaction is successful but it was done twice you have revert the second amount

                            Payment deduction in my account five hundred rupees but payment process has not to be completed. i want to refund my five hundred rupees .

                                  I have applied for vtu provisional degree certificate and i have paid the amount of rs. 400 through payumoney gateway through an international debit card.
                                  Now i am not able to open my dashboard and download the receipt. I have got a message regarding deduction of money from my account. I want to get my money refunded or to get my receipt in order to complete the formalities to obtain my provisional degree certificate.

                                  On 18 July, I had made a payment of Rs. 439 towards cost of a book to a Kolkata based e commerce site by phone pe but the vendor refuses to acknowledge receipt of the amount.                                       I booked ticket through irctc and use payment gateway of payumoney and thereafter i cancelled 4 ticket on 12th july and irctc say refund completed but i had not still receive any amount refunded on my bank account. I had try to communicate with payumoney help line several time but they don't help me.
