[Resolved] PayUMoney — Amount Debited and Transaction failed | |
I have made the payment to RAHUL TRAVELS on 12/06/2021 and Amount was : 6999.00 via PayUMoney. Money was deducted from my account. However Merchant has not received the Amount as confirmed by Merchant(RAHUL TRAVELS). However, spoke with my ICICI customer care, as they confirmed UPI transaction has been done successfully, there is no problem from bank end. Official message from the bank: "Your transaction of Rs 6999 from ICICI Bank was successfully credited to the beneficiary rahulcarrental account XXXXXXXXXX3359" They also shared the UPI reference number(RRN), ending with RRN[XXXXXXX61515]" Merchant Name - RAHUL TRAVELS Payment Amount - 6999.00 Date/Time of Payment[protected]:16:40.0 Please have a look and refund my money Was this information helpful? | |
